Why wont my website publish with DreamWeaver?

Oh dear. I have FTP on file and I logged in fine through Dreamweaver but now i get a message that the file dustytraveler.com does not exist. i think i did something because i am trying to get rid of the files i have and upload new ones.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. I'm not sure I'm following your question. So let's see if I'm understanding you. You've built your website with DreamWeaver. You're trying to replace the website that you currently have on your account with a new one.

So, if this is the case, you need to simply "overwrite" the current files for the website with the new ones. You normally can do this by uploading the files. It sounds like you have the files on your local computer stored in a folder called "dustytraveler.com" and that may be the issue. When DreamWeaver attempts to upload the files to the server, the folder "dustytraveler.com" does not exist.

This folder should NOT exist on the server since this is your primary domain. You'll want to upload the contents of that folder to your public_html folder on the server.
