We are experiencing delays in emails being received/sent, especially one specific email account.

Here are 2 of the messages received:

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its
recipients after more than 24 hours on the queue on biz104.inmotionhosting.com.

The message identifier is: 1Rv9MH-0008F2-NW"

And these issues are all to the same address: [email protected]
This account seems to have numerous delayed issues.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Thank you.

Hi bwdrilling, Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. I've checked the server logs to gain some insight on your issues and noticed the emails appear to be forwarding to AOL. The deferred response seems to be coming for AOL, with the most common response is that the AOL mail service is unavailable. I've checked the IP reputation with AOL, and it is neutral so their not blocking mail from the IP of the server. I'd did read on the AOL postmaster blog that there is times when they have large amounts of mail, and messages may be queued as the server needs time to deliver them. When this happends even good mail can be delayed. Here's a link to that article: AOL Inbound Delays If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us. Thanks! Tim S
