I am trying to use FileZilla FTP Client to transfer my website files, but I keep getting an error message. At first everything seems to authenticate and connect, but then, I get the following response "530 Login authentication failed". This is followed by "critical error could not connect to server". I'm new to using FTP. HELP!!

Hello pawpawspilotcar, I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting via FTP. While researching this for you, I see that the main domain name on your account is not currently pointed to our Nameservers. Until the domain is pointed to our Nameservers and DNS has had time to propagate, you can use either the server name or server IP for the host name FileZilla. You can view your server name and server IP address by logging into your cPanel account and viewing the cPanel stats on the left side of the screen. The server name listed will be a shortened version of the full server name. For example, if you see ecbiz108 listed in the cPanel stats, the full server name would be ecbiz108.inmotionhosting.com. For more information regarding FTP, please see our FTP Getting Started Guide. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance. Regards, Christi N.
