How do I increase the mailbox size above 250mb?

Hello, I think our website and email are hosted through a reseller and I don’t have access to the the cPanel to increase the email capacity. The domain name is dwdnsw.org.au. The reseller has increased the mailbox limits from 250MB to 500MB but this still seems ridiculously small and I have just found out that the server is set up to auto-delete the emails after 10 days.
Can we move our email to a separate hosting arrangements and get the unlimited email storage?

If you're using a Reseller, they'd need to edit your settings, unless you're able to contact our Live Support with account verification to request it yourself. But yes, you can transfer your account to a separate hosting account. You can create backups in cPanel.
You can change it in cPanel > Email Accounts.
