Cant login to wordpress dashboard for subdomain

I created a subdomain for a proof of concept wordpress site, set up wordpress, used a theme,  and immediately mocked up a static page and a form (NYSOGA.herdpath.com).  A week later when I went back, I could not login and the password reset function is not working (it says check my mail but it never sends...and yes I do check spam folders).  So the test site I worked on is there frozen in time...I cannot make any changes to it.  I suppose I could go into Control Panel and and delete the new subdomain, but that isn't what I want to do.

How would you rate the customer service you received?

Thanks!  I tried the myphpadmin option first and that worked.

Glad it worked!  Thanks for your response!

Hello [email protected],

Sorry for the issues with logging in to your WordPress site.  If you are an InMotion Hosting customer, did you install WordPress with either the WordPress option in cPanel or Softaculous?  If so, you can log into your cPanel and use either of those interfaces to log into your WordPress site. If you set it up manually, then there is still a way to recover your login.  We have a technical support article that explains several ways to recover your WordPress Admin login.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest Regards,

Arnel
