How to make separate pages for blog posts but still update blog feed

I want my new blog posts to update my Blog page, but also for each to have its own separate page.

I haven't found anything about this in the BoldGrid Education Channel and articles I have found online describe a different dashboard than mine. How do I do this? Thanks!

You can create posts under different categories. There are also plugins like Posts in Page which allow you to assign specific types of posts to a certain page automatically.
