Hello,

Thank you for contacting us regarding issues with a traceroute. Here is a helpful link to our full guide on how to read a Traceroute. While some of the requests timed out, this can often be caused by a firewall on the device or a device that is set to "not respond". It may be beneficial to run it again and see if it gets the same results. If you are having issues or suspect a problem, you should be able to forward it to your ISP for review as well.
