I've been charged TWICE on the same day, why?

You have charged me over 0. You have charged me $94 Twice on the same day. Why? I'm not with you and don't want to be. I'd appreciate getting my money back.

Apologies for any billing issues that you may be having.  Unfortunately, we can't process refunds or billing issues through the Support Center.  These emails are public domain, and they're not verified.  You will need to contact our Billing team via phone/email/chat and verify your account.  They will be able to respond to you and provide any refunds or clarification.
