CHAT NOT WORKING

Hi, I am in NZ.  Tried all day yesterday and this morning to access CHAT.  I have a site that is down.  Sent in a ticket to get help.  Been almost 24 hours - no response.  I know servers were being moved but I received confirmation ages ago that all was OK.
