Trouble logging in Roundcube Webmail

It’s requiring me to login twice every time. After the first attempt I receive a bubble indicating “You have successfully logged out” which I already knew that and it requires me to log in a second time. Then it lets me in saying “Successfully logged in….Redirecting”

How do I log in on the first attempt?

Hello! From what I can tell based on reading cPanel forums, this is a cookie issue specific to certain versions of cPanel. If you're on a VPS, be sure to have you or your SysAdmin upgrade your cPanel account. If not, try clearing your cookies and cache for your site. If that does not work, or you are on a shared account, you may need to wait until the next cPanel update and try clearing the cookies/cache again. Hope that helps!
