outlook 2010 import .pst to 365 and change from POP to IMAP?

I have a POP3 account now on outlook 2010. I exported my .pst and backed it up. I upgraded to windows 10 and bought 365. Now I want to import my .pst file to outlook 365 then change from pop3 to IMAP so it will all sync. Is that possible? Potential issues? What do I do first?
