Sent emails do not sync across all devices....maddening.
Sent emails are not syncing across all my devices. IMAP settings are identical on iPhone, iPad, and Mac Book.
How would you rate the customer service you received?

Hello PJS,
Thank you for contacting us about emails not syncing across all devices. Ensure none of the accounts have a folder size limit set up. Also, check the email filters you have set up for each account. One may be set to delete or move emails to a specific folder. If your problems persist, check your mail log for additional clues or record of what IP address is connecting with the server and receiving the emails.
