Hello Julien,

I checked your account and the ticket indicates that your SSL certificate has been installed. We do not have access to make changes to your server like our live technical support team.  Our apologies that we can't directly fix the problem.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Hello Julien,

Thanks for the question about using your own CSR file.  SSL certificates can be installed on server where you have root access (normally, VPS or Dedicated servers).  If you're on a shared server then you would need to submit a ticket to have the issue reviewed. If you continue to have issue with the CSR file, then please contact our live technical support team for immediate assistance.  They have access to assess the issue on the server.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.
