I just paid for the annual fee for WPBakery Page Builder and my site went down. Why is that?

How would you rate the customer service you received?

It somehow resolved itself. Thanks!

Hello! While we do not directly support the specific plugin, errors like these are usually caused by either a conflict with PHP (that can be fixed by changing the version of PHP you are using or altering the php.ini), or an issue with the .htaccess file that yo u can reset while troubleshooting

Also, you can try deactivating the WP Bakery plugin (if one exists) manually or changing the WordPress theme in the database so that you can log in and troubleshoot directly. Hope that helps!

I know I am too late to reply to this question, But if your issue is still pending, I recommend updating your PHP version. After that, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the page builder; after that, you can contact a WordPress development agency to resolve your issue.
