Authorize.net requires TLS 1.2 enabled for my domain (Business Pro)? Do you have documentation at Inmotion?

Thanks

Hi JT S,

Thanks for your reply. But you didn't answer my questions directly, whether the WMH/cPanel in InmostionHosting supports TLS 1.2. When I check the site you referred to me https://www.cdn77.com/tls-test I got the following result, saying "This server supports TLS 1.1."

-------------------------------------------------------------------

This server accepts RC4 cipher, but only with older protocols. Grade capped to B.

This server does not support Forward Secrecy with the reference browsers.

Grade capped to B.

This server supports TLS 1.1.

Grade will be capped to B from January 2020.

Hello Alenabioinc,

You can use the third-party sites to check InMotion servers using an existing sites.  I checked an InMotion VPS and shared server and both support up to TLS 1.2.  I checked using a site from Geekflare.  If your site is on InMotion and does not support TLS 1.2, then you will need to contact our live technical support team to ask if you can be moved to a server that supports up to TLS 1.2.  All the servers are typically updated, but not all may be on the same update schedule, so you will need to double-check.  Without your account information we cannot verify the server.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.

Hello. There are online testers such as https://www.cdn77.com/tls-test which can test your results.
