how to verify that an e-mail forward is still occurring?

Hello Clerk,

The easiest way to tell if an email forward is working is to test it.  You have the option to trace the forwarder in cPanel (under Forwarders), or you can create a forwarder for the same email address going to an email that you can access.  Send a test email message and then see if it arrives.  You can also delete the forwarder and then re-create it.  If all else fails, you will need to speak with our live technical support team in order to have it checked in the mail server logs.
