Hello and thanks for contacting us. Have you tried updating your PHP version in cPanel?

Same problem.

Warning: Use of undefined constant WP_CONTENT_DIR - assumed 'WP_CONTENT_DIR' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 115

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

Try all variations of PHP version.

From phpinfo() page, PHP is currently at:

PHP Version 7.3.21

Searching for "Client API" or "mySQLi" yields no result.  What to check for next?

Thanks,
