I am new to building website and was playing around with ftp and accidentally deleted all the folders to make my website work.  How do I recover them?

How can I unde the deletion?

I accidently deleted all messages and I need them back. Is it possible to recover them?

the trash is empty.

Hello Andrew,

Thank you for contacting us about recovering your files. If you subscribe to InMotion's Backup Manager service you can restore your files in cPanel. If not, you will have to re-upload the files, or restore a backup you made.
