E-mail deliverability issues

I need help. Most of the emails I sent go straight to spam folders. I checked the control panel and it reads "Problems Exist (SPF)" and I am supposed to contact the server provider. How do I get this fixed immediately?

Hello Amarsella,

Sorry for the issues with spam.  If your outgoing emails are being classified for spam and you don't have SPF records setup, then please go to this article:  SPF Records and Domain Keys (DKIM): Combatting Spam. If your emails include trigger words that are typically filtered as spam, then you may need to request that your recipients make an exception for you.  However, email is generally filtered by the server before hitting a user's inbox.  If you're dealing with the error 550 - where outbound email is identified as spam, then our spam filters are catching your emails and classifying them as spam BEFORE they are delivered.  Please review this article if that is the case.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

Arnel C.
