Hello Joalyn, Thank you for your question about contact information. You will want to contact our Live Support so they can work with your account specifics. We do not want to do that here as it is a public area and everyone can see it. Kindest Regards, Scott M

Hello Elizabeth, To access that information in your AMP (Account Management Panel) you will need to log in using the primary email address and correct AMP password. If your developer uses that email address and you have no access to it, you can change it by contacting Live Support. You will need to verify with either the AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file. Then we can change the primary email address on file and you will then be able to log into the AMP. Once inside, you can view your technical information. This will not show you the cPanel password, but you can then change it and you will then have full access to both AMP and cPanel. Kindest Regards, Scott M

Hello Teamdamage,

I believe you asked for the domain change through the Support Center website. Please understand that we cannot provide login information in this area, because your login information should remain private for the security of the account. Posts here are available to the general public. When I changed your domain information, your login credentials (the user name and password) does not change. I'll privately email you through your account after this response.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
