Why have you tried to bill me when there is no payment due?

I cannot wait the 60-70 minutes your chat says is necessary so this seems to be the only way of contacting you. There is no invoice due until September 2020 but Inmotion tried to bull my card yesterday for GBP 8.10. Why ? How is it possible for Inmotion to bill a card when there is no payment required. When I check my AMP its clear that there is no payment due BUT there is NO record of there having been an attempt to get payment. Is it possible that Inmotion has made other such UNDUE card charges ???????
