my email to cients being sent to junk folders

There are no threats or issues with my domain (checked everything), but majority of our emails are being sent to clients junk folders - even when we are replying to a direct email from them.

Hello KTKT,

Sorry for the issue with your emails going to the junk folders of your client.  You can stop mails from going to junk by asking your clients to whitelist you, or making sure that your email content and your email format do not lead to your emails being marked as spam.  You can refer to this article for more information:  How Do I Stop My Email As Being Labeled As Spam?
