New Spam rules on outgoing email.

I am frustrated by the "new" spam mail rules on outgoing email. Apparently I cannot send a Reply to a received email or at least not to an email that is part of thread.

I'm trying to get an answer as to why my emails to clients are ending up returned or put in their junk folders. Are you having the same problem. Did they offer a solution?
