hi on my roundcube webmail i cant receive emails

I all of a sudden can't receive emails on my phone but my desk top is stll working. Can you help me get it fixed on my phone? I have an Iphone.

Hi.

I can't receive emails when I set the SSL config. I tried to auto discover the configuration and the manual config with no success. It's happening since yesterday
My website email has not received any emails since May 28 and when I try to get new messages, it says this:
cant receive emails
email not receiving
Please I have been having difficulty in retrieving my mails from my mobile devices, Samsung mobile phone and tab. Before now, I set it up on both devices but it has stopped working for some weeks now. How do I set it up again?
Emails are sending but I'm not receiving them in ANY platform

Hello.  I have stopped receiving emails from the cpanel that i set up since february 26 for some reason.  I checked all the settings in ALL of my platforms (online, iphone, computer Windows 10) and all of them have the same issue.  I saw that it is still sending according to my Sent section, but it is not receiving from anywhere?  All settings are correct for SSL/TS.

Hello Desenvolvimento, Sorry to hear that you are unable to receive emails while using the SSL configuration. If you're using Outlook make sure that you're using the correct email settings. Do not use auto-discover doesn't work with many of the newer email clients, so it would be best to simply manually configure your client. Make sure to check for simple typos. The user name is often the culprit as it should be the ENTIRE email address - not just the part before the "@" symbol.
