Getting mail delayed and slow
Hello Inmotion Team,
My website is in WordPress and I'm using mail configuration but sometime I get the mail quickly or it take time to send mail.
Or I checked adn found that some users who have their Email Id like ".edu" and they never get mail from my domain.
So please let me know the issue why I'm getting such issues. I want to fix this Email issue as soon as possible.

Sorry for the issue with our mail being slow. It may depend on if the email is getting filtered out or not. You can go into the cPanel, select Professional Spam Filter, select your domain and then whitelist your email address if you're finding your emails not getting from/to your recipients - if they're on our server. If they're on a different server, they would need to whitelist at their location if they're not receiving your emails due to spam filtering. If you want more details, you can contact our live technical support team with an emailed ticket. You can have them check log files for emails that you've sent and they can verify if the emails are being delivered or if they're being deferred.
