The problem at ssh access with putty

Dear, Inmotion support team
I have a problem with SSH access when hosting Django project on my personal site.
I can't access SSH with putty at port 22.
They say "Server unexpectedly closed network connection. "
I have done as your tutorial.
I would like Support team to solve this problem.
