Whitelisted email continues to go to Junk Mail

I hope someone can help me. I'm a Realtor & when someone registers on my website, I get sent from my company the name & specifics of the person. I have whitelisted & even created rules from that email address but that address continues to go into my junk folder! Help???

Sorry for the issues with email going into your Junk Folder. First, none of the default applications used to filter spam in your InMotion account delivers email to a "junk" folder. The Spam Assassin application that can be activated through cPanel delivers mail to a "spam" folder by default. It is possible that the email application that you're using (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, AppleMail, etc.) could using rules set in that email client to filter mail into Junk. You will need to check those rules and double-check to see how the delivery of your mail is being affected. Remember that ANY email client that regularly has access to your email account could be filtering your email. So, if you have multiple devices accessing your account, then it may not be happening at the email client that you're reviewing.
