I am the site admin for https://i-meetpro.com/
Currently building and set to launch in a few days. I have my clients use InMotion hosting whenever possible and many of my clients have created an account here and so I have a number of sites and accounts I work on - but this is a new problem. I keep getting an error 504 Gateway Timeout with InMotion's stamp on it. I can't find a solution and I am not sure what is happening. It is only this site. Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about this, a 504 timeout on the gateway means that the proxy (NGINX) is trying to request something from the apache backend however the response is taking to longer than NGINX allows and nginx displays the timeout error. The most common cause of this would be a slow running script on the WordPress site that is holding up the apache response, I would recommend setting the max execution time to a lower value such as 30 seconds in your PHP.ini so you can see which script is causing the error.

Best Regards,
