Email server not responding on T-Mobile network, but fine on Wi-Fi

When I travel with my phone and check email I get:

Cannot Get Mail
"secure236.inmotionhosting.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.

I setup the account for SSL IMAP and works just fine on Wi-Fi, but not on T-Mobile network.

Any ideas?
