My web is down, /wp-admin HTTP ERROR 500

I tried to reset my wordpress theme from default with
"update wp_options set option_value = 'default' where option_name = 'template'" from cPanel >> phpMyAdmin. But maybe I did it too many times because it wasn't working. Now, when I want to log in to /wp-admin appears "HTTP ERROR 500". And in my URL this appears "Warning: require(/home/iarate5/public_html/wp-content/themes/default/option-tree/assets/theme-mode/functions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/iarate5/public_html/wp-content/themes/fashy-lite/functions.php on line 222"

I don't have a single clue what I should do (I don't have any experience managing web pages). If anyone can help me, I will really appreciate it. Thanksssss!

Hello iaratnesteruk. Thanks for posting your question regarding the WordPress template error you are seeing on your wp-admin page. I'm sorry to see that's happening. If you modified the wp_options table 'stylesheet' entry but didn't modify the 'template' entry as well, then this could be the cause of the error you are seeing. Notice, the error is mentioning the 'default' and 'flashy-lite' templates/themes. If you are able to get back into phpMyAdmin, make sure: wp-options > template wp-options > stylesheet both have the same value, either, 'default' or 'fashy-lite'. That should correct this issue. If you need further assistance with this and are an InMotion Hosting customer, you can reach out to our Live Support, with this response and they should be able to assist you. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Carlos E
