FTP Connection 530 Error

Hello,

I have been having trouble using the FTP. I have not been able to use filezilla or cyberduck to connect with site. I keep getting a 530 error. I have tried to use the ip address and I am getting a fail to connect error. Is there an alternative solution to resolve issue?
