Emails sent from new accounts go straight into recipients' junk box

Hi,

I've created 3 email accounts now via cpanel and have tested sending emails from each account (via outlook) to a few personal email accounts in order to check they're sending/receiving OK. So far all the emails sent have gone straight into junk boxes for the various recipients. I'm not sure if this is a common quick fix problem? If you can help with troubleshooting that'd be appreciated.

Many thanks

Hello, Sorry for the problems with emails going to spam. If you have not already checked the email authentication settings, please review this tutorial on using SPF records and Domain Keys to help with preventing your emails being classified as spam and also to protect you from spoofing. If the problem repeats, then it is also possible that yourserver has been blacklisted. You can request a delisting from the blacklist. It will require that you submit a support ticket. Follow the instructions provided in the article for the delisting to be done without delay. Finally, make sure that your recipients have not blocked emails from your domain in their email clients. I list this as a final option as it doesn't happen as often, but it does sometimes occur. I hope this helps to identify and resolve the spam issue that you are having with your outbound emails. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kindest regards, Arnel C.
