Password Incorrect Message after Resetting Password

Hello,

I am trying to login to webmail but I get a message saying the password is incorrect.  I login to AMP, reset the password for that email, and it still doesn't work.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the email password even after resetting it.  Keep in mind that AMP is not the same thing as cPanel.  cPanel is where you would actually have to change the email password (in the email section).  Please try logging into cPanel first (which you can do through the Account Management Panel (AMP) and then resetting the email password in the email section.  If you continue to have problems, then you will need to contact our live technical support team for additional assistance.
