Enabling access to Cups admin port (631)

This is on a dedicate server, CentOS 7.4. I am unable to access the Cups admin pages on port 631. I have allowed my IP address access to all services through host access control and have verified that port 631 is specified as a common TCP ingress port in conf.apf. I know this is a firewall issue because if I temporarily stop the iptables firewall service, I can access the admin pages fine.
