WordPress Install says my installation already exists although I deleted it

I did a WordPress install for my website. For some reason, it did not take the username and password I had set at the beginning. Rather than jump through hoops, I manually went into the file manager, and the MySQL manager, and the database manager and deleted everything that went with that install. Now when I try to install and new site, I get this error:

An installation already exists at http://crossandswordministries.com as per our records. To re-install the application please uninstall the existing installation

I've even gone so far as to delete the domain folder through the addon domain manager and recreate it. Nothing seems to be working and I need a fix fast.

Thanks in advance.

Hello NPotoski, Sorry for the issues with reinstalling your WordPress site using the crossandsworministries.com domain name. I looked at your account to check and see if it was clear and there are both files, folders, and a database already created for that domain. If you are intending to reinstall WordPress with that domain, the folder cannot already exist - the installation creates it. Delete the folder and then try it again. Additionally, make sure that you're not using the same database name. If you require further assistance, you can always contact our live technical support team via phone/chat/email. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Kindest regards, Arnel C.
