Want to delete plugin - WP Performance Score Booster

I have deactivated the WP Performance Score Booster plugin and want to delete it. However, when I click on Delete, the status changes to Deleting..., but the delete never occurs. The status remains as Deleting... until I move to a different tab. I've tried activating/deactivating it again, then deleting it, but it won't delete. I've also tried deleting the plugin from Chrome and Edge. How can I delete the plugin? I'm afraid to delete the actual code as I'm not a developer. Thank you!!!

Hello, Sorry to hear that the WP Performance Score Booster plugin would not delete properly. Typically, a plugin for WordPress is placed in the Wp-contents >Plugins folder. So, if you need to remove it manually, you simply need to login to your cPanel, go to the File Manager, select the location where you installed WordPress and then go to the plugins subfolder and find the folder labeled for your plugin.
