Not able to access my cPanel

I am not able to access my cPanel, either directly or through AMP. After logging in to cPanel, I am directed to a page that displays:

"This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)

Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload."

How can I resolve this problem? I have not interacted with any files that are unfamiliar to me, so I'm uncertain as to why this is happening.

Good morning,

Thanks for your question about a unlicensed cPanel server. Sometimes this happens when the server cPanel license cannot be verified. If you reach out to Support they can have the cPAnel license reissued and the error will be corrected. It's doubtful it's anything you have done specifically. Once Support reissues the license it typically takes about 30 minutes.

I hope this helps!

Thanks!
