Contact form in rapid weaver won't send email

Hi I am using rapid weaver to build my website- I don't know any code. I have a contact form set up with an email linking to my domain [email protected] but it won't send email. I have tried other emails like gmail etc- nothing works- when I asked their help desk they referred me to you and said something about php- honestly I don't even know what that is. Is there a simple fix for this for a noob like me?

If you are using SMTP settings, verify they are correct and free of typos or misspellings. You can view your email settings including outgoing SMTP in cPanel.
