setup account in Windows 10 mail app
I have set up my email in windows 10 mail app but it doesn't work. I used the setting for incoming and outgoing server per your website but it still doesn't get any mail. It says no mail has arrived yet.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with setting up your Windows 10 mail client. All email clients require the same settings to connect to the server. As long as those settings are correct, it should work. If you are not connecting, please check those settings to be sure they are correct. If you are certain they are correct, you will want to contact our Live Support so they can check the mail logs for your individual connection and see if there are any error messages on that side.
