Transfer of Domain Failing due to Expired Domain that isn't Expired

I tried to transfer a domain from wildwesthosting to inmotion. I'm getting an error that the domain transfer can't be completed because the domain is expired. However, if you look at the whois information, the domain doesn't expire until 8/11/17, and I have receipt proof of this as well. From what I have read, transfers can't be completed if the domain expires within 14 days, but unless the calendar has been modified without my knowledge, 8/11/17 is still 4 months away.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding issues transferring a domain. I recommend verifying your agreement with Wild West domains is current and accurate since your WHOIS record states the following: "The expiration date displayed in this record is the date the registrar's sponsorship of the domain name registration in the registry is currently set to expire. This date does not necessarily reflect the expiration date of the domain name registrant's agreement with the sponsoring registrar. Users may consult the sponsoring registrar's Whois database to view the registrar's reported date of expiration for this registration." When I attempt to "consult the sponsoring registrar's Whois database to view the registrar's reported date of expiration for this registration" I get the following error: "Not Found on Accelerator Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again." You can also contact our Live Support team, so they can review the transfer logs with our registrar for additional error messages or clues. Thank you, John-Paul
