The pixel I added to my header is not working proper

Recently, I bought advertisements online that will direct clicks to my website. This required me to put a pixel code in my page header. I was told it was firing or active in the header. I spoke with tech support and was told it was in the header but i needed to contact community support for additional help.

If you added it to your code manually, I recommend using a plugin instead such as Insert Headers and Footers.
