Phishing URLs on Shared Server Causing Blacklisting of my IP

Hello, having some troubles and hoping for some support on this issue. Our IM shared server has been blacklisted by a few Blacklists including SORBS, Spamhaus, etc. I know I need to contact the Blacklists individually with de-listing requests. But so far I've had mixed luck, since the Blacklist threshold has been exceeded by the amount of spam generating from these nasty URLs. Is there some way you can shut these sites down, so we can remove the blacklist? Surely it would be in your best interests too. Here's a link to a Spamhaus report which includes links to the bad sites on our IM server. https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/192.145.239.35

Hello,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with a blacklist. Blacklisting is used to mark mail server IP addresses that have been detected as serving spam or if a phishing case has been tracked to that server as its origin. You will need to submit a support ticket from the Account Management Panel (AMP) - or you can send an email as long as you inlcude your account verification information. We normally verify for security reasons. You can verify with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or with the Account Management Panel AMP) password. Depending on your account, it may also involve a set passphrase. If you prefer not to use these forms of verification, please use the Hashcode in your Account Management Panel under "Submit Support Ticket".

Make sure that you include a copy of the bounce-back message that advised you of the blacklisting when your email message delivery failed. If you don't have that, then they will need the recipient email address and the sender email address so that they can test the issue. The bounce-back message is important because it includes the reason for the mail delivery failure and the contact point in order to get your server de-listed.

Apologies again for the issues with the blacklisting. Please submit the support ticket so that the delisting process can be done immediately.
