New email account shows as undeliverable when test messages are sent

The new email account is not able to receive messages.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with sending emails to your new email address. In looking at the domain name you provided, the mail exchange (MX) records are not pointing to our servers. This means that no email address on our servers will be able to receive emails.
