How Do I Confirm My Order to Activate My InMotion Hosting Account?

In order to create a website using BoldGrid, I was redirected to this website to buy a hosting plan. I bought a domain name and the Power plan around 7 hours back, but I haven't yet received the payment confirmation email or phone call. Please let me know how to proceed.

If they are not able to make the call. or are unable to reach you, they will send an email with further information. Please check your email to see if that was the case.
