Sorry for the problems with creating a new cPanel account in your WHM with your reseller account. In order for us to troubleshoot the issue, we would need to know more information about the setup. Can you please provide us the steps you're taking to create the account? Also what URL are you using? Remember that adding an account doesn't immediately make it live. There may be DNS propagation involved where the DNS information for the domain name needs to propagate to the internet. This may take up to 24 hours, but normally takes far less time than that. Please provide us a little information and we can look further into the issue for you.
