When using Settings - Sharing Settings I get an error code -32300. Checked in Jetpack settings and they suggest that there are issues with the Host linking concurrent PHP connections and ask Host to change PHP_FCG1_CHILDREN setting to 2. I Got this response from Server Support " [Bryan W.] Hm from my research it just seems to be an issue with xmlrpc.php, that should be accessible now. I would try posting this issue to our community team, who know more WordPress items than we do here in server. " I am still getting the same error message. Help what do I do?

Hello,

Apologies for the issue with the error that you're seeing with sharing settings. I went to a standard WordPress installation in order to see if I could replicate the problem. However, "sharing settings" is not part of a normal WordPress install. What plugin are you using that adds the sharing settings? We need more information in regards to what you're using as plugins in order to investigate the problem. The only post I've found on the error in the WordPress Support forums indicates that there is a possible conflict between plugins. Please provide us a little more information and we can investigate it in more depth.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
