How to change the site title format in the Hydra Bold grid theme?
The Hydra theme is absolutely gorgeous, but those fonts with shades for the page titles are ugly as hell. Any tips on how to change that?
I can choose the option not to display the page title but then the photo area gets too small. Ideally, I would like to keep the titles, even their font is all right, just get rid of the shade. I don't really know how to code.
If that is something that cannot be changed, let me know.

Thank you for your question regarding changing the site title format on the Hydra theme. I tested this with an "About us" and "Contact us" page, and see the same shading you are referring to.
Unfortunately, there is not a "built-in" way to change or remove the shading. This means it you would have to modify it with custom CSS coding.
Alternately, you may want to try a different theme that suits your style, there are quite a few available in BoldGrid.
