How to login to a duplicated WordPress site on a subdomain

I have followed you great tutorial on duplicating/copying a Wordpress site to a subdomain for testing purposes. However, I don't know how to create Username/Password credentials for the created site. The tutorial gives instructions on Username/Password for the database, but the subdomain requires other information. -- Bob

Hello, Thank you for your question about logging into a duplicate WordPress site. If you copied the files exactly, it should be the same login to get access. If you are having trouble, I would advise changing the password through the database. You could also consider cloning sites with Softaculous. This is definitely the easiest way to duplicate the site content. If your WordPress site was installed manually, then it may not be present in Softaculous, but you can easily import it.
