Accessing the <head> tag in Boldgrid

I am trying to add code right after the tag to connect to google adsense. I used a plugin to add the code, and it is now contained within the section, but google wants the code immediately after the opening tag. How can I access this code for editing when using Boldgrid? I have tried to locate the code for the head section using the File Manager in cPanel, but I am having no luck. I don't see a header.php file, only a blog-header.php. I realize that php files do not show html tags, but I am at a loss as to how to proceed. Any advice?

Hello, Sorry for the trouble with adding code to the header in BoldGrid. You indicated that you're using a plugin that automatically added the code for you. I spoke to a developer on this issue and he advised to use the location where the code was automatically added by the Google plugin. Please understand that if you make a change to any WordPress theme, that the change would be wiped upon the next update of that theme. You would need to re-apply the change with each theme update. You could also use a child theme but it may be simpler to stick with how the plugin is adding the code. You can find the header.php file under the BoldGrid theme. The file is in the TEMPLATES/HEADER folder. Again, please be aware that updates to the theme will remove your changes. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
