SPF Record error message and more specific editing of my SPF record

I get the following from cPanel:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Status: Enabled WARNING: The system cannot verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver for “bickleywest.com”. [?]
Your current raw SPF record is: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:192.145.239.25 +ip4:23.235.208.13 -all
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Both of inmotion hosting's nameservers (74.124.210.242 and 70.39.150.2) show that they are authoritative. Why am I getting this message?

Also, how can I change the "-all" to "~all" in my SPF record ?

Hello Lyle, Sorry for the problem with the SPF record giving you a warning. You can ignore that message. Per the cPanel documentation on the SPF record. Per the documentation: The server does not view itself as the authoritative DNS server, but outside servers view it as the authoritative DNS server. You can use the Advanced DNS editor in cPanel to make changes to the DNS record (which is where the SPF record is being saved). If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
